1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Bundled products once opened.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Customized or special-order items.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange
- If you wish to exchange a defective or wrong item, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability).
